Fit/Size

After a week or so testing Trek Ascent (Men's 40) and loving them, I bought KSO EVO (Men's 40) and Womens Alitza Loop (40). (I did try the women's KSO EVO as I am female, but they were too narrow). I wore them all on holiday in Tenerife, almost exclusively... The Trek Ascent were fantastic for walking 4-8 miles a day on a rough coastal track. The others were great for strolling around the hotel and for evening wear. I then washed the Trek Ascent in the washing machine when I got home and they are good as new. I'm delighted with all three pairs and cannot imagine life without Vibram FiveFingers. I think the KSO EVO are my favourite for feel (SO light!), but need the Trek Ascent for more robust terrain walking.

What do you think this product is best for (ie trail running, road running, gym, beginners, advanced)?
For me, just relaxed strolling, as they are very thin soled.
What are the pros of this product?
Very light and comfortable - like wearing golf gloves on my feet!
What are the cons of this product?
None, so long as I also have Trek Ascent for heavier duty terrain.
Does the product come up large/small/true to size?
As a woman who usually wears 41 or 42, I find Men's 40 good. My feet are very wide with short toes, so the 2nd-5th toes are a bit long, but this is ok.

Fit/Size

I love these shoes! I'm a new convert to VFFs, although not to minimal running in general. I recently bought some Trek Ascents for trail duties and loved them so as I just joined a gym I wanted something more appropriate for indoors exercise. These are perfect for gym use, they've really helped me hone my running style on the treadmill and they grip the floor really well. They were even comfortable when strapped onto the pedals of a spin bike! I haven't tried running outside in them yet but I fully expect them to perform just as well outside as they do inside. My only regret is that I didn't buy these years ago!

What do you think this product is best for (ie trail running, road running, gym, beginners, advanced)?
I honestly think these could be good at most things. I'll be using them for the gym, road running and general casual use.
What are the pros of this product?
Light weight In grey they don't scream "LOOK AT ME!" Exceptional feel for the road surface Grip Comfortable Very quick break-in period
What are the cons of this product?
Not waterproof (the only "con" I can think of)
Does the product come up large/small/true to size?
Although they still fit me well, they feel a bit smaller than my Trek Ascent LRs (My feet measure half way between a 43 and 44 so I have a 44 in both styles). Saying that I can still wear socks with these if I need to.
