Fit/Size

Great trail running shoe. Better than the preceding model, in my view, in that the ankle part seems to have been lowered and there is no more friction.

What do you think this product is best for (ie trail running, road running, gym, beginners, advanced)?
Trail running. Although they perform very well on tarmac as well. So, if you do find yourself road running in order to get to the trail, that is not a problem. I use them for both. But my trail running dominates.
What are the pros of this product?
Very flexible, soft sole, with the necessary grip for wet leaves or grass. They are more flexible than the Spyridon, as the sole has no inbuilt mesh. Good cushioning but still lots of feedback from the surface. Again, I find them to be more flexible than my Spyridon, also around the big toe joint, which makes for a very light and unconstrained running experience.
What are the cons of this product?
None really. You may still have to wear socks depending on the length of your run, your foot built, and the sweat or wetness that ensues, to prevent blisters. Otherwise, they are very smooth to wear without socks.Though perhaps not as smooth as the inside of the V-run.
Does the product come up large/small/true to size?
True to size.
