Choosing Between the 4mm Connect and the 6mm Contact


Ask yourself: How much ‘bare foot feel’ do I want?


The 4mm Connect is as close you’re going to get to barefoot, with a layer of protection.


The 6mm Contact still gives you the feeling of barefoot, but the extra thickness of the sole ‘smoothes out’ your ride a little.


The 4mm will allow you to grip trail and feel everything beneath your feet more, whereas the 6mm will provide that extra protection, minimising any gnarly bits that you may step on whilst running.


What ever you choose – Both the 4mm and 6mm give you unparalled freedom to run with perfect technique with just a thin sole.
