Injinji Artist Designed Toe Socks

Product Launch: Injinji Artist Designed Canyon Collection

We love Injinji socks, so when we hear of new style coming in, we get very excited!

The new colour ways in the Injinji Trail and Women’s Trail ranges are not just new colour ways like in any other season release, these are limited edition and artist designed, making them that little bit more special! Check the full range here.

To check out the full details behind the range and the artist, head over to the Injinji site here where you can read more about Kia’s creative process around the creation of the designs in the Canyon Collection.

The artist of this range is Kika Macfarlane – an artist, art director, and visual designer based in Ketchum, Idaho. Originally from Colorado, Kika received her design and liberal arts education in British Columbia, Canada, and then worked in-house on design teams for brands like Patagonia and Stio.

I have already taken a fresh pair of the Mini-Crew Stream socks for a run out yesterday, they feel as good as ever, they are still the Injinji Trail range which is one of our best selling socks from the Injinji range, so that comes as no surprise, but it always feels nice to be rocking some new colour-ways. Especially when they match up with your shoes (it’s the little things in life, ha!). I’ll also be taking the Midnight socks for a run out when the weather is a little cooler, my tan lines are bad enough with the recent sunshine, I don’t think I could cope with 2 lots of them on my legs!

So, what are you waiting for? Head on over and check them out!

Injinji 22 Stock Update

Injinji Stock Update (Spring/Summer 2022)

I hope everyone is enjoying Spring so far! I can’t be the only one glad to see the return of light nights and the (slightly) warmer weather, although, as I am writing this, I have seen nothing but rain.

So, this is a quick blog entry to address current shortages with Injinji socks as well as an update on the incoming stock for the Spring/Summer 2022 range.

As you may have noticed, there are a fair amount of ranges and sizes currently unavailable to order on the website. This is not due to a lack of attention, but due to there being no availability of these within the UK currently. This is for various reasons, but mainly down to unprecedented demand for Injinji socks over the last 2 years, and heavy delays in manufacturing and shipping. This has affected some of the new colour-ways from 2021, which sold out extremely quickly, as well as some of the staple products from Injinji such as the liner socks, which have been unavailable in all but large and x-large since early 2022. We have tried our very best to ensure there is a good availability across all Injinji ranges and in as many sizes as possible, but have not always been successful.

Our next shipment, which will be replenishing stock on things like the Liner and Ultra Run ranges, as well as bringing in the new Spring/Summer 22 range, is due to land with us in early May (maybe sooner, fingers crossed). We are very excited for this to land, as not only does it mean we will have full stock availability for all you Injinji fans, but it will also mean a huge expansion of the available colour-ways. Injinji have some fantastic new designs this season, and I am sure you will like them as much as we do.

Right now, we don’t know what the next 12 months will bring in terms of further delays to Injinji availability. Hopefully none, and we can wave goodbye to backorders and waiting times, but just in case, and to make sure you don’t miss out, we have an alert system setup for anything we don’t have available. Just find the item you want on the website, select the size, and there will be an option to subscribe to stock notifications. Pop in your email, and you will alerted as soon as we log these back in stock.

To end on a positive note, Feetus will be announcing some very, very exciting Injinji related news in the next few days.

Injinji Autumn 2017 Range Coming VERY SOON!

Autumn is fast approaching, and so is the new Injinji Autumn 2017 Range! We have been told that it will land with us this week, and we will make sure they are available to order the second they do!

There are some really exciting additions to the range this season, including a Women’s Trail sock range, as well as…wait for it… a NON Toe sock from Injinji (insert dramatic music here).

There are also some new colourways in existing socks, but let’s talk about the new ranges first. The Injinji Women’s range

The Injinji Women’s range has probably been the biggest success for Injinji this past year. Historically, there was only ever a small selection of women’s socks, but in the last year, this has expanded to be multiple styles in the no-show, mini-crew and crew socks. This year, they are expanding that even further and introducing two whole new sock ranges for Women. The Injinji Trail range is now available in

This year, they are expanding that even further and introducing two whole new sock ranges for Women. The Injinji Trail range is now available in Women’s and will come in two colourways, the Parakeet, which is a mixture of greens, and the Mulberry, which is a mix of purples and greens (sneak peek below). They are both great looking socks, and as they are obviously taken from the core Trail range, they are sure to be great performing socks as well.

Onto the next new addition to the range, which is also available in a Women’s specific model, is the Injinji Hiker range.

The Hiker range comes as a multi-pack of two socks. It includes a pair of Lightweight Liner Coolmax socks, which are toe socks, as well as the Hiker sock, which is the non-toe sock (currently they are only available coupled with the liner, however, we have heard that they may be available individually next year). Now, the fact that they come with a liner toe sock quells our fears a little, but I do think it is a bold move from Injinji to move into the non-toe socks market.

The Hiker range is aimed towards, yep, you guessed it, hikers :). The sock itself is still a very technical sock. Made with NuWool, it mirrors the shape of your toes, providing more room and reducing bunching. The bottom of the Hiker and the top of the toe box feature an additional terry loop for maximum padding to keep your feet comfortable. We’ll be doing a separate blog on these once we have tested a pair out, so keep your eyes peeled.

So to summarise the complete range of new styles, we have new colourways in the; Run lightweight crew, Run lightweight no-show, Run Women’s lightweight no-show, mini-crew and crew, Run original weight no-show, Trail Mini-Crew and Crew, a complete range addition of Women’s Trail in mini-crew and crew, and finally, the Hiker range, in Unisex and Women’s.

These should be available on the site from tomorrow (22nd September 2017), delivery dependant, so make sure you check back!

Swiss Barefoot Socks – Now in Stock at Feetus.co.uk

Protective Socks That Offer ‘Barefoot’ Experience

We wrote a brief blog article back in February about the Swiss Barefoot ‘Protection Sock’. Fast-forward to the present day, and we now offer them at your favourite barefoot running store, feetus.co.uk.

You don’t often see folk outside wearing socks without shoes, do you?

Swiss Protection Socks from Swiss Barefoot have created a sock for outdoor use. Similar to the likes of Injinji and ToeToe in the sense that the sock has individual pockets for your toes, the Swiss Protection Socks are designed to give you that barefoot feel, whilst giving you complete protection from gnarly bits and pieces that could potentially harm your precious feet.

Swiss Protection Socks: Barefoot Alternative Minimalist Natural Running Shoes Feetus.co.ukOf the socks, SB claim these are “the first firm socks for the ultimate barefoot feeling without the risk of injury from sharp objects”. Not only do Swiss Barefoot recommend them for walking an running, but for a whole host of activities: rock climbing and water sports!
Swiss Protection Socks: Barefoot Alternative Minimalist Natural Running Shoes Feetus.co.ukThe socks are made from 50% Kevlar (the cut-resistant stuff used in ropes and bullet-proof jackets), 32% polyester, 10% cotton, and 8% Spandex, with eco-friendly PVC laminated in to the sole.

Socks and Sockettes

Available at Feetus.co.uk, we have the sock and the sockette. What’s the difference?

The sock comes up to the lower calf, often referred to as ‘crew’ length.

The sockette is shorter, coming up just above the ankle.
